I haven't changed mine yet, so I can't say. Sorry. Someone else should be in this thread shortly to recommend a brand for you.

Front: Top of the exhaust manifold in the engine bay behind the engine cover.Would I be looking as if I am underneath the Vibe or looking down in the hood of Vibe?

Denso direct fit about $60-$80. Why do you think you need to replace them? What's your "code"

The Denso at the beginning is over $130 I belive at AdvanceAuto. You want the upstream , pre-cat item if you get a code relating to sensor #1.They are rated for 100k. But you never know. I am having issues and am debating whether to do it...but I thought I would see more than the just "133" code if the Sensor is bad. Give me a carburator any day.
