Just be carefull about what type you buy from aftermarket suppliers. I've seen some very fancy slotted rotors, with anadozing etc., seem to weigh about half of the OEM part or comparable North American supplied part. Chinese rotors look nice but thats about it, thinner - warp within a few thousand miles, not to mention what the hub thickness looks like. I think they are a risk... maybe go see what NAPA can supply or one of those other big parts houses. Stay away from the Ebay ones if you can!

Are you doing it simply for looks? Do you track the car?The good majority of cross-drilled rotors are NOT very good rotors at all. Cracks tend to develop between the holes that grow until the whole rotor is shot. Unless you're spending serious bucks on them you're probably going to end up with a set of crappy ones that will crack, especially if you subject them to a lot of heat.Slotted rotors don't have this problem and still aid with cooling things down. If you absolutely need new ones that look cool then I'd suggest these.

I pretty much agree....slotted and/or drilled have the "parked" look. As for function on a basic street car, $$$ should be spent elsewhere.

Thanks guys, I really just wanted them for looks. Just looking for more ideas to do to my car. I just mounted 20 inch rims on it. Looking sexy!

Boogietribe, I see you're from Chicago. You should come out to our little get together we're having on Saturday April 9th at Busse Woods . I'd love to see what the 20s look like in person!

It was a good time for sure. When would be the best time to text you as a reminder (it's two weeks away)?
