What's the correct wiring harness for replacing the head unit in the 2010 Vibe w/o moon and tunes?I got the one Amazon suggested, but it ended up being a reverse harness, so now I have two female harnesses that won't hook up.

Do you want to keep Onstar?

No.I don't want to shell out the $100 for the onstar unit, and I really don't like GM knowing where I am all the time.

The on-star harness isn't always 100 bucks I've seen it on ebay for like 50. For the 09-10 i think its the GMOS-LAN 02 interface. I plan on using one when I replace my headunit because I am going to replace my onstar module with costar so I can use the built in onstar mic for Bluetooth.

In the meantime, I get to have my aftermarket JVC head unit that doesn't work, but looks cool. Thanks for the quick replies guys.

Has anyone completed the Onstar bypass with the metra 70-2105 wiring harness? any negative side effects? Just waiting for a little confidence before I order my new hu.

So I just bought my new HU for my 2010 and crutchfield included a Metra E5000Single pole-double throw (SPDT) relay. What is this piece? Did you use one?
