GM Parts Catalog-Are they sold to public?

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a GM illustrated parts catalog? I know i can buy them from Helms publications for Ford, but have not been able to find them for GM. On the other hand I would settle for a Toyota Matrix illustrated parts catalog as an alternative.Any ideas appreciated.
