Great find! I'm surprised at the quality ratings given by Jdpower. I believe Consumer Reports gave higher quality ratings than that-it's why I bought the car. I don't remember reading on here either about any sudden acceleration while reversing.

...how many of YOU were contacted by JDPowers for your inputs? We weren't.

I participate in the TrueDelta reporting system. I think their reliability data for Vibes is very favorable.

I also participate, Jake. How about the rest of you signing up with it?

Stupid review..all they did was cite the worthless JD Power ratings for the entire review. I doubt they even drove one.I like how "gauges being hard to read in sunlight" is a quality issue. Also whats up with the quality ratings varying so much between model years? it makes no sense seeing how almost nothing was changed between the 6 model years. Thats why I hate JD Power ratings, they are biased and mostly useless for most cars. You can't really gauge the reliability of a car in the first year of owning it, unless you have serious issues with things failing.
