timing chain question

I am in the process of changing out the crank in '03 Vibe GT. Spun #2 rod bearing. I tried to get the timing marks to align, but they don't align when crank damper is at 0 degrees. The exhaust cam is off a few degrees when crank and intake cam are where they should be. the colored chain links are where they are supposed to be. Any ideas?

You would be better off asking over at newcelica.org... more experienced engine builders there
