Old topic , but I still not getting it...NEED HELP !!!!

Fog light for 2009 vibe basic...I still not geting it here, where can I get a after market or match for the fog lights witch would fit the factory besel or light trim...I find the wiring for the lights under the car , but where does it lead???Is it somewere under the dash???If it is there , can I just hock it up to a switch???Thanks
