Is there a way to remove the roof racks from the front end of the car instead of slding it through the back?

I'm sorry, I meant the cross bars. I've already taken them out through the back, I was just wondering if the front is just the same as the back. I noticed with the top wing on, you wouldn't be able to remove or put them back on through the back.

i dont think so, but i could be wrong.

I know the front parts can be easily popped off like the back part, but I saw some black plastic piece inside the track. I don't know if it would prevent it from sliding off.
