I've had one cracked fog light lens for 3yrs now and finally did something about it. I was going to order those protective covers from Toolguy
http://forums.genvibe.com/zero...age=1 but didn't look like he was still in business. So I did almost exactly as this guy did on his RSX:
http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=692924 (except I didn't take out the metal reflective piece like he did). Although the other fog light was still perfectly fine it didn't match at all. Sooooo.... I just broke it (sorry, guess I could of traded it for some else's broken one ) and did the exact thing as the other one. I've driven with them on for three days now and NO problems whatsoever! Edit: I bought my small Lexan sheet at Lowes for ~$3. Took about half-hour to do the whole thing. After Pics:

I got a crack in one of mine...I just put some clear packing tape over it. cant see it and it sealed up the lenz. If I need to replace the lens, I will use this trick Thanks

I did something very similar. I broke out my other fog light and everything. I actually used the plastic from an outside garage light or the kind of plastic that covers florescent bulbs and stuff along those lines. I liked the way the pattern is on it, it was free, and relatively reliable, and easy to work with. The lexan is without a doubt stronger but my current cover deflects rocks fine. Good post though.

thanks for the post. i was planning on getting a new set for mine but i will definitely do this. better than all that cash for a set just for them to break again.

...Thanks! Both of the wifes' Vibes' OEM road lamp lenses are broken (and have been for years) but still work! This will certainly help fix the problem.
