This time of year there's a lot of campaign signs popping up all over the place. Most are easy enough to understand, but I wasn't sure about this one. Which do you think it means?9/15/2010 Edit - Nevermind, apparently this person lost the primary yesterday, so either people felt that being randy wasn't enough to qualify this guy for public office, or there aren't enough randy guys around to vote for him
