where is the most reputable to get a key blank and keyfob without paying out the nose?

I once bought an extra FOB for my 2003 on eBay.Seems to me it was about $20 including shipping.If I could find it I'd offer it for sale.

Do you need a key fob for a 2003-2008 Vibe or a 2009+ Vibe?
