antenna help!

I im trying to remove the cross bars from the roof rack.I have the 2 pieces of black molding popped off and the stop screws removed. however the antenna is in my way.anybody that has done this how do i remove the antenna? i know its possible buit how?I really need to know this in like a couple hours id hate to drive around with my vibe roof half apart
