Toyota carries the kit for 95 bucks after tax. Part number 0016-01205. The kit has the ground wire (horn) on the harness. With the 5 speed you need a clutch switch! Its in the kit. Any questions)

I installed the cruise switch in my 2006 5 speed. I bought mine from Rock Auto for 35 bucks. There was no clutch switch, only the stalk. The computer cancels the cruise control automatically when I depress the clutch pedal. I'm not sure why you got a clutch switch.
