Welcome back! My mom has an '09 Steel Blue Metallic GT that I have done a few small things to. Here's her Car Domain page. I have also done a few things to my '09 Liquid Platinum Metallic GT as well. Be sure to check out the last page on either of our Car Domain pages, it lists a few cheap and easy modifications for 2009 - 2010 Vibes that you might be interested in.

Ahh yes............... there is so much to do with the newer Vibes. However; my main beef is that I love the wheels that are on the GT. My dealership has told me that the wheels on the VIBE GT cannot be used for my vibe because of the bolt partern..........Any suggestions? Would LOVE to start the mods for the 09-10 vibes.

So, you must have the 1.8L engine. The good news about not being able to use the GT wheels is that you are now FREE to pick and choose the hundreds (probably thousands) of choices in the aftermarket! Tons of five spoke designs, several that probably have similarities to the GT wheels you like.Oh, and welcome to the site! I have a 2009 but have only "modded" it with a factory GT spoiler and a Magnaflow muffler and no-name tip.Someday, when money allows, I'll be trying to decide to add either lowering springs (most likely) or a CAI.Regarding the exhaust (and a CAI), I made a frustrating discovery yesterday. I replaced the exhaust in order to get a throatier burble, but from the cabin I could barely hear a difference. So last night my daughter drove the car and was pulling into the garage. From behind it sounds pretty nice. Just can't get that sound up to my ears when driving. Hence, the CAI is on my list because I love to hear the engine work - especially with the stick shift.

Quote, originally posted by good vibrations 09 »Looking to see if those people have modified their vibes and see how they look. Jenn. Welcome back I think almost ALL of us have done some type of mod or another to our Vibes Some rather basic (tires/rims) and some quite extravagant (electronics, etc.) I personally am into special lighting (LED's) and just completed my FIRST mod to the Vibe. See "2009 Vibe GT custom LED HMBL (3rd brake lt)" posted a few days ago! My next mod will be a total redesign & build of the center console. Before pics & a questionaire will be posted soon so I can get input from other fellow Vibers as to what to include. Let your imagination run WILD ........... you won't regret it

Gorgeous colour! I really like the clean look without the roof rack. Kind of wish I didn't have it now. HAHA
