There are some used racks on ebay that are very affordable. Does anyone know if they will fit on a 2009? Thanks!

From the 2009+ roof racks/cross rails I have seen, I don't think the 2003-2008 will fit.The 2009+ has a different system/architecture. Anybody know whether I am wrong? Don't want to mislead seeing that I can't say 100%, but I would be blown away if they are that modular with the 1st gen rails.

I would be surprised if they fit, but then again I believe roof rack rails from a chevy blazer (?) fit the first generation vibe...a quick search didn't net much but I know someone on here used them from another vehicle and they fit.Nathan - you're best bet is to try to meetup with someone in the Bakersfield area and just try to install them on yours.

The '03-'08 bars will not fit. On the '09-'10 the bars have towers that will secure them to the roof.
