I have a flickering and dimming BRAKE warning light on in my dashboard. I have checked the brake pads and rotors...all fine. I have checked the brake fluid...full. The BRAKE warning light shines brightly when the emergency brake is pulled. When the emergency brake is released the BRAKE warning light goes back to dim and flickering. My Vibe does not have ABS.Any diagnosis?

sounds like there might be something gone goofy with the wire that says the E-brake is off.
