There are way too many silver cars around... So I vote Blue!

FYI I am talking about the grey trim/cladding not the whole car. ;P

The color combo I can do without, but isnt that the GMC Typhoon? turbo V6???I say paint it blue only becuase i wish I had bought a monotone. After 3 years im sick of faded cladding.

I'd be interested in seeing how it would look in a dark red. Otherwise, silver would be best with your black (abyss?) car in my opinion.

Dark blue? With black????? Art senses... tingling... I actually like the silver idea or something crazy like a deep red, purple, etc.

OK....I thought his car was Blue thats why I said blue. Paint it black to match the rest of the car.

it won't look weird if you were to paint it black, compared to the other black? since it is a plastic type thing... just because I was thinking about painting my cladding silver to match my car.

I voted black. Never been a fan of two-tone rides unless it's custom painted.

I din't vote. I like 2 tone Vibes. Monotones are Ok, but if my Vibe were an Abyss 2 tone... and I wanted to paint the cladding... I would probably paint it a darker titanium (dark silver) color. And then match a set of wheels to the titanium color... OEMs/aftermarket or whatever. Or not.

Thanks for the input guys!Quote, originally posted by cptnsolo77 »The color combo I can do without, but isnt that the GMC Typhoon? turbo V6???I say paint it blue only becuase i wish I had bought a monotone. After 3 years im sick of faded cladding.Did you see my thread about how to restore the cladding? I just did mine and it looks great. Here is a pic of my car from today: Full size:
http://www.timothyhoogland.com/files/IMG_1643.JPGI like the dark red idea. I was going to say blue because I have blue underglow on it right now. I am still undecided about painting it. I do like the fact that the plastic is easier to keep looking good as stuff hits it versus painted.I know Ponta is good at graphics would it be possible for you to edit the color of the cladding in the pic I just posted to show a few different colors? Thanks!

I can certainly relate to that Been too busy to get back on some of my mods due to taking care of customers They help pay the bills SO the Vibe mods take a back seat When you do get around to sampling the clad with different colors, it will be interesting to see what the Vibe looks like
