Display next to hazzard button?

I was just curious and was checking out some pictures and was wondering if anyone has any idea what the display next to the hazzard light button is.

Clock -- to replace the one normally on the radio, which this car apparantly does not have...

Good eye -- also looks like the switch for the fogs is a button near the hatch glass release, rather than on the stem...
