So I bought this Refinish Restorer and put it on about 3 months ago and let me say it works GREAT and holds up quite well. It's a little expensive but well worth it for good looks.http://yhst-13811118617756.sto....html~Tim

before and after pics? the plastic on my '10 is fading far faster than i would have thought it would. of course, it probably does not help that the black paint really points out the not so black plastic trim.

Refinish Restorer is a little expensive. If you buy a can, how many applications do you think you could get from it? We are all waiting for some pictures! No pressure here.

May I suggest Mother's "Back to Black"It's a lot cheaper and works wonders for plastic cladding and bringing it back to life. I used it on my 2003 Frosty two-tone Vibe about every other time that I washed it and it made the lower cladding look great.

I have some of Mother's Back to Black... but used it only on black. Never thought about using in on the cladding. Good idea. How about a picture?

Ok so as promised I posted pics of Before and After. I taped off the paint as to not get any on the paint. The difference is much better in person and remember that this is the SECOND time I have applied it to the plastic. There is a difference in person. I would say that there was about 50% left on from the first application. The biggest difference is in the rubber strip going over the wheel wells. It was faded and almost white. After the application its back to the dark grey color. You can also see that it gives the cladding a more even tone and a higher gloss. Overall the color is far deeper. This was applied right after a hand wash.Would anyone going to the Indy meet want me to bring the tape and the restorer to do it to their car? Before:Taped:After:

Finally some some pics lol !!! It looks great ! How durable do you find this product? After a application how long does it stay that way? My cladding takes a BEATING here in South Florida. Its starting to get those tiger stripes...yukk...Thx for sharing.

It's quite durable. I applied it in JULY 2009 and it was just starting to fade so i re-applied it. I HIGHLY recommend it. I was thinking that its a big can. What if I just re-packaged it into a smaller bottle to do 1-2 applications for $20? Would anyone be interested? Let me know. It would be $20 shipped.
