Parent's new car...

...that I wish was mine!Volvo C70They've owned at least 1 Volvo since 1981 (one of the first cars I learned to drive on was their '81 240 wagon 4-spd). The things run forever. Both the '81 240 and their '89 740 had well over 230k miles before they got rid of them. Someone rear-ended one of their S60's on the D.C. Beltway the other day and totaled it - hence the new C70.I've always been partial to Volvos myself (probably since I grew up with them) and would love a V70R. I'm just afraid of repair costs and the closest dealer to me is about an hour away in Castleton, IN which would make any dealer trips a hassle for repairs. Anyway, I guess I'm just a bit jealous

Very nice, but I'd hate to see any repair bill that owning that car could produce...But I wouldn't be complaining if it was in my driveway!!!

Cool. Looks really nice with the top down.Until last August I'd never owned a convertible. Got me an old Fiat Spider and gotta say I really like driving around with the top down. Only put it up when I park to keep the sun off the interior.
