Hi Genvibers, need to find out if anyone has replaced the plastic inner fender well and how difficult is it to do. If you can point me in the right direction that would be great. I have a 3 x 3 inch hole in the middle of the fender well. Thanks

Well replacing the inner fender well on the driver's side was a little more difficult. After removing the 3 screws that attach the cladding to the fender well and fender it had some plastic retaining nuts that were difficult to remove. Had to remove the cladding side and bottom to get the inner fender well off. I had gotten a replacement inner fender well from RockAuto.com that didn't fit as well as the original GM part (it was rather short on the side that needs to get to the cladding side/bottom). I uninstalled and replaced the GM part back and I'm now in the process of calling GM to see if they have these retaining nuts and clips. So back to the drawing board and I'll order the part from GM Parts Direct.
