As the topic says. I would like to remove the factory seat cover & repair the stitching ( I have a sewing maching in the house ) but I have no idea how I would remove the seat cover. I did a search but couldnt find anything specific.Any tips on removing the seat cover? Anyone done it before? I looked under the seat & it looks like it would be a real pain to do....

each seat cover is secured by at least 2 dozen hog pins in addition to being secured by plastic snap type fastening system, wish i had pictures to show you, im in the process of installing aftermarket seat covers and just finished the front passenger seat today at work. in other words its not just a simple remove and recover, it takes time, you need to get new hog pins and at least hog pliers to help with reinstalling.heres a link i found online of a matrix which has the same seats. gives you a lil ideahttp://
www.urbanracer.com/arti...1&z=2i havnt gotten to the driver side yet but i know its a pain the (removed) compared to the rear seats (finished rear seats and front passenger seat all by myself)good luck

Appreciate the help. Once I looked under the seat, it did look more "involved" to me lol.
