I decided it was time to finally buy tires for the 18's since the terrible Michigan weather is pretty much over.Here's a couple pics. Hope you guys enjoy.

I see lots of Q-tips in your cleaning future... I love the look of the screws/rivots but can't stand cleaning them.

Check your local car parts store. And then there's the ball thing you attach to the drill. Your car looks great with those wheels. What tire/size did you go with? Just make sure you don't put one of those wheels through a pothole. Keep plenty of air in those tires for added protection if you do have to drive through a rough spot. Great pictures, too!

Looking good!!! But as others have said, fun times will be had cleaning those nooks and crannies!

Ahhhh so your the guy Paul sold his rims to. They look good, now you just need to lower it!

Thanks for the love everyone.Yeah they will be a little more work than the stock rims but I'm one of those weird people who actually enjoys cleaning their car haha.Vibolista - I went with just cheaper tires. They're GT Radials cuz I'll only be using them during the nicer months. They are 225/40ZR18. Thanks for the cleaning tips by the way.ajflan - Yup i'm the guy. I'm really enjoying them so far but you're absolutely right about the lowering. It needs it bad. It will be the next thing I do. Probably gonna go with the Eibach Sportline springs and Tokico HP struts.

I love the five spoke, now classic design. But I have to agree w/Keith. That's one reason I opted out of the first set of wheels I decided on for the Mazda... fake rivets and too... WAYYYY too much to clean.I'm too old and lazy for that now.But I honestly do think they look good on your Vibe.

If they get too tough to clean... send them in to the paint shop for a darker grey or titanium color that will hide the brake dust that will pile up on your wheels as you put more miles on them. There's always black with a silver rim, too!

Yo YOU"RE Vibe is the one I saw the bumper on!!!I'm consoidering doing my rear bumper like yours.Is yours painted, or an overlay? It looks incredible

Haha thanks guys I appreciate it.Yeah it's painted. I just used some dupli-color gloss black from O'Reilly's. Sanded down the clear coat with like a 1500 and 2000 grit paper. (It doesn't take much) Made sure it was clean, then did like 3 or 4 thin layers until it looked uniform. Once it was dry I hit it with a few coats of clear to give it a nice shine and keep it protected. The most important part is to make sure you do a good job masking off the area to be painted. I used masking tape and newsprint. You definitely don't want any overspray!

Ok. Do you have any close up pictures? And maybe some pictures of the front of your car? Just wantin to scope out your ride 8)

Ok here's a pic of the front. I will try to get a pic of the rear bumper on here once the vibe is clean again haha.

Yo, your'e bumper does look nice! That's one of the only things i don't like about the vibe is how the bumpers look different than the rest of the car. Nice job!!
