I thought about putting this in the political asylum, since it's a US congressman, but chose humor instead because the guy in this video (a congressional thing from last week) is actually worried if the US sends more people to Guam, the island might capsize.

Doh. may not be the brightest crayon in the box, but he does seem aware of their environmental concerns...they've already had their wild bird population wiped out because of brown tree snakes.
