Idles Way Too Fast

03 gt. Having a problem with it idling way too fast sometimes. The thing will idle @ 1800 rpm. Sometimes popping the pedal helps and sometimes it does not. The throttle body cable seems to be pulling all the way back but it still idles way too high. Some days it never does it and somedays it happens all day long. Anyone else have this problem with a gt?Thanks,dan
