AAA inspection with dealer or independent mechanic?

I just bought a 2009 Vibe 1.8L. I want to get a AAA approved vechicle inspection done. My nearest GM dealer is charging $130 and says it will take an hour. A local auto shop will do the inspection for $90 and it will take 2-3 hours. Does anyone have advice on which one I should do?Thanks.
