Looks pretty wild. Lets see if they move ahead with the concept. The Vette is way over due for a body redesign anyhow. Yeah....the purists will hate the V6....but hey the very first vette had come with a 6 cylinder. The Blue Flame 6.

440 HP from a v6, not bad.

I'd hope that it would at least be pushing closer to 500 and of course have the uplevels, Z06 & ZR1 if they still have them, with V8s either NA or FI and of course be higher in numbers as well.

The Vette has always been a front engine, rear wheel drive car and IMO should always be as such.

Mid-engine v6... Like a Fiero GT? The V6 would be plenty, and it is still far more powerful than the Vettes of some years past (70's/80's.)

I read something about this concept about two years ago in an article (no CLUE what mag) predicting GM raising the bar on feul efficiency and whatever, but still wanting to have the sporty cars. It warned that the vette may ens up being a mid-engine v6, which most enthusiasts would hate, but where it lacked in that aspect, it would handle better or something. I only vaguely remember this, but It's weird to see the topic surfacing again. I wonder what they'll do
