2006 Pontiac Vibe Sport AWDI have been reading the forums, and see there are many that have installed hitches on their cars, but I was hoping to get more details, as I am very new to this;1) Is there any Gotchas with which hitch to buy?2) If I am going to get a hitch for one of those platforms for the back of the car, are there different considerations?3) can I install this myself? (I'm a regular guy)4) If I go for a popup later, does anyone have a favorite? How much are they?

There are pre-threaded holes for the hitch to bolt to so it shouldn't be too hard!As for popups, you can spend from literally nothing to over $10'000 all depending on if you want to fix stuff or have the house along with you!Here's what I have. 1976 Parklane. Paid $200!!! And after a little sewing of the canvas and new lights it was ready to go! I'll be getting a hitch for the Vibe one of these days since I no longer own the Sunfire.
