I want to take this time again to thank everyone for voting.If you have ever considered getting a dog now would be a great time to consider it. Being it's just after christmas lots of dogs will find a new home in a shelter (sometimes a kill shelter) because impulse buys in pet shops and from breeders are unwelcomed gifts sometimes. Even with the new rules here in PA there are a lot of dogs that are surrendered from breeders because the breeder can no longer meet the state laws.The rescues that I help out with are currently over whelmed with brittanys. They are coming in to the rescue faster than homes can be found. If you want to help out a dog consider becoming a temp. foster home or helping with a transport.Follow the link in my siggy and take the first steps at helping the rescue.Besides ABR which is nation wideI also help out with http://www.nbran.org which is also nation wideNow and again I help out with nebrittanyrescue.orgAny one of those rescues could use help.
