How are you midatlantic vibers fairing in this snow today?TV stations in DC are hyping it as "blizzard of the century" Not living up to that hype where I am.Looks like I might be coming up on the tail end of it, with perhaps half a foot on the ground. I'm near tidal rivers and the bay, which have a moderating effect on winter weather, but maybe those of you further inland are getting more. My Vibe is snug and dry in the garage, and was greatly useful today. Lost power mid day for about four hours, and ran the blower on the fireplace insert for a while using the 115V AC outlet in the Vibe.

Where are you?Nothing here yet. All rain.

Here in the mid-ohio valley, we got maybe 5-6 very slushy inches. The roads were hell this morning, I couldn't make it up the hill to where I work. Had to back down and hoof it. Not a cool morning.

Send some of it over here, I don't want a green christmas!

i'm in MD, about 15 miles NW of the mouth of the potomac.Here is a picture of my son's Matrix (doesn't rate the garage ) It won't be moving anytime soon unless he spends some serious time with the shovel

I'm jealous. I want snow.

We just got a light dusting.

We got 21 inches of snow and set a December snowfall record. My neighbor went skiing down the street on cross country skis. Many motorists got stranded on Friday night and had to stay at hotels. Saturday the airport and the mall were closed. The few cars I saw on Saturday (from the safety of my home window) looked like they had a queen size mattress of snow ontop of the roof.

Man, you guys have all the fun!!!
