Plastic switch covers?

On the left side of the steering wheel there are small holes, my vibe has a rear hatch switch, a coin holder, and a flat plastic blank cover. Where can i find more plastic covers? rather than buying switches this size i would like to just get the plastic peices and drill holes for smaller switches.

Are you looking to take out the coin holder and replace it with one of the plastic pieces? The one plastic piece that is already there you can pop out to drill through for a switch. But I bet there's quite a few switches at auto parts stores that would fit and cover everything so you wouldn't have to buy a new piece of plastic.

yeah xoxide.com sells scion oem switches that fit the same hole because of the whole toyota thing but theyre something like $12 a peice. I figured it might be cheaper if someone had already replaced them and had spare plastic peices.

Probably might be worth stopping at an Autozone or someplace similar to see if they have something cheaper that fits. Of course, it is just plastic, so you might be able to get a black piece of plastic and trim to size.Or a junkyard if you live close. Good luck.

Keithvibe put some LED's in his cup holder and has a switch that looks like it fits perfectly into the coin holder near the brake--which looks the same size to the coin holder on the dash.Scroll down the thread and you'll see it:

Anyone happen to know the part number for the covers on the '09s? I installed a button in one for my garage door opener but then moved that to my high beams, so I want to replace the drilled one with a new one rather than having a button that doesn't do anything.
