Well lookie what I stumbled upon in my search to figure out my current rear wiper spring tension problem. Trico now makes an Exact Fit replacement rear wiper blade for our vibes, at substantial savings over dealer cost for the factory blade. It is the Trico 11-A. Pics are on amazon -- it looks the same to me as factory. Enjoy.

...did a quick check, and it looks like the drivers side and passenger 2003-08 and 2009-10 wipers are definitely DIFFERENT, but the rear wiper is the same:2003-08 Blade, driver side (Exact Fit) = 21-12009-10 Blade, driver side (Exact Fit) = 26-12003-08 Blade, pass. side (Exact Fit) = 18-12009-10 Blade, pass. side (Exact Fit) = 17-12003-08 Blade, rear (Exact Fit) = 11-A2009-10 Blade, rear (Exact Fit) = 11-A

Comes with complete removal and installation instructions. I stumbled accross the trico exact fit rear blade when I was shopping for front wipers. I went with wipers123 online and got the trico neoform beam blades on the front and the trico exact fit rear on the back.

You can order the replacements from Toyota (same as the Toyota Matrix) and they are very inexpensive. Part numbers from Toyota Dealer for the rear replacement is different from 2008/2009. We have a 2004 Vibe and (2) 2009's and they are different. Trico dropped the ball on sizes.

At Toyota you can buy just the rubber insert......don't have to buy or replace the whole blade assembly...........was very reasonable, but I don't remember exactly how much.....seems like 6.00 and change.

And if you order this now on Amazon, Trico has a link for a $5 off rebate. Amazing deal for only $6 and change. W/O shipping of course, but still. It's not just the rubber insert, it's the plastic guide assembly, too. Think I'll be picking a couple up (planning on owning the car for as long as I can).
