what's in your vibe?

Before the vibe I drove a 99 gmc safari, all the owners had different things that they carry all the time such as supplies for off roading. This is an example of how one guy stored all his gear. What do you have in your vibe? where do you store it? Are there any interior mods to store your stuff?

I have a bunch of sand and some leaves and I store them in the floormats. Oh and an ice scraper next to the drivers seat when you open the door.

I'm a geology student (soon to graduate!) so I always have a hammer, chisel, shovel, etc... in the spare tire compartment. Then emergency blankets, food, etc..

I keep a blanket in the trunk so I don't add too many scratches on the plastic panels and since last week, I keep a Kurgo dog hammock on the back seat for the dog. She got sick 2 weeks ago on now there is a nice yellow-ish spot on the seat fabric...I also keep everything required to change a tire in the lowest ammount of time possible: 2 feet stainless steel bar, impact bolt nuts, wheel chocks and a small air compressor.

I keep very little. I keep some reusable stainless steel food containers so when I go out to eat and have leftovers, I can skip styrofoam or disposable containers. Similarly, I keep a to-go coffee mug in there as well.A quart of oil, some jumper cables and a tire pressure gauge are kept for emergencies.Everything fits in the pockets under the trunk lid, so the trunk is basically empty on a regular basis.

Normally I keep very little in the Vibe. However, right now, there are two folding metal chairs, a snow shovel, backpack, box of packing peanuts, grocery bags, and a box of toners. I really need to clean out my car.

The usual. Light Sabre, pirate sword, lucky horse shoe and Hulk costume in case there's any trouble!

It depends on the Season and the weather! But usually I try to keep it as empty as I can get by with. It costs MPGs to carry things around all the time. So if I don't plan to use it, I leave it out... except my Light Saber, like POPPAJ... you never know when you might have to use it. And it's handy for melting snow off the windshield.

i'd like to keep er clean but when its winter & WAY too cold to to actually clean it all out so right now, lots of Timmie coffee cups, snow brush, small shovel, emergency kit w/ blanket re-usable grocery bags & lots of dirt & salt. Does anyone have any nice "organizers" that work well in the car anywhere? Also has anyone ever folded down the seats & put a mattress/blankets & slept in the back ?

Right now just an emergency kit (jumper cables, first aid stuff, flashlight, reflecting triangles, etc), some bungee cords, and a jumbo extending ice scraper/brush thing in the back, and in the front a couple CDs, gps and radar detector, and my logbook for my miles (I have to log miles to expense the car for my business)

(and black and blue) http://www.flipandtumble.com/ Maybe I'll put them in the center console.

It was pretty comfortable. I did actually fall asleep back there .I hate having anything more than I absolutely need in my car. All I have is a radar detector (mounted on the windshield of course). In the glovebox I have the pouch that holds the owner's manual, it also holds a small notebook that is used to record maintenance, a pen to write down the maintenance, registration and insurnace cards and for the winter, the key for the locking lug nuts on the winter wheels. I also have 2 small CD cases in the glovebox as well. I have a small snow brush on the floor behind the front seats (it stays under the floor in the back by the spare during non-winter months). I also have my sunglasses in the handy dandy sunglass holder up by the sunroof. This is all I have inside my Vibe. Like I said, I hate having much of anything in my vehicles. It just drives me nuts!
