Annoying Rattle!

Anytime I'm listening to a song and the base beats my driver's side door has always rattled. I think its the piece around the window buttons and door lock. If I hold it down it doesn't rattle. Now, both the driver and passenger side rattle! Very annoying! Neither part seems to be loose to the touch.. What can I do to make the rattling stop so I can listen to my music in peace..?
