First Ever 2009 Vibe of the Year VOTY!!!

Ok, so here is the deal. This is an experiment i am doing. I will be taking every 2009 VOTM winner and we will vote from the 12 winners as to who will be the Vibe of the Year. Granted we haven't had our 12th winner yet. What i plan on doing is end the December VOTM 1 week early and having the last week of December 2009 and the First week of January of 2010 to vote for the VOTY.this way it does not effect the Dec Voting and the Jan Nominations.Now i would like any of the available Mods to Chime in on this idea and give their input and help get some ground rules set.Then i'd like to hear the rest of the community's opinions or suggestions.*and a little ot but this was my 4200th post!
