Anyone tried the ebay filters on an '09?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories Seems a LONG list of models to be covered by one filter. Thanks

Well, the dealer part number they have listed is completely different from the one listed in the owner's manual of my mom's '09 GT. The owner's manual lists #19184673.Also, I just compared the measurements they have listed to the measurements of the filter from my mom's '09 GT and they don't even come close to comparing. I was considering ordering four of these since the price is right, but now I think I'll pass since the part numbers are different and the dimensions are different as well.

Guess I'll find out soon enough lol. ordered 2, shipping was $3.91 My stock filter is 7 5/16 x 8 3/8, but is a really loose fit. In fact, if I put it in sideways it fits better front to back. We'll see.

Yeah, definitely let us know. If it fits, I'll be ordering 4 of them.

Resurrecting this old thread only because it is specific to the 2009 Vibe cabin air filter.Just ordered five of them from rockauto.com for $55.82 shipped ($9.98 each).Really though, something so thin and insubstantial should cost about $2.50. Probably costs all of about $.24 to make them in Cambodia.Toyota dealer wanted $30. Jiffy Lube wanted $25 and the local auto parts place was $15.

I paid approximately $20.00 for one from a Toyota dealer and got the other one from TRD Sparks for a good price along with a 10 pack of oil filters. Next time I replace them though I think I am going to try the ones that have baking soda in them. They're about $18.00 at Walmart.

Correction: Made in Korea! The one's from Rock Auto are from Wix and they look great - same size and just as sturdy (or insubstantial) as stock.I could see getting some charcoal or baking soda impregnated filters - especially during the summer when using the AC makes that smell.P.S. In changing the filter the stupid plastic slot for the filter door broke! So far, the only cheap thing on the car I've found.
