Looking to get these tires for winter. Tread seems to be aggressive enough.

A set of those are on hold for me at a local tire shop where my buddy works. A few more bucks and a case of beer and they'll be on the car! Awesome Korean tire!

absolutely amazing! i used them last season and im almost ready to put them back on(only because my summers are bald) but i was very impressed. relatively quiet for the agressiveness of the tread, very smooth and GREAT grip

It is the best priced tire I have found yet. I was going to go with the Winterforce, but they are even more money. I think they are 4 ply and there are some indications of a more than "flexible" side wall? Really was not looking for a higher performance snow tire, but... http://www.discounttiredirect....s=205

Crap your tires are cheap there!!! Retail with deal for exact same tires + install/balance at Quality tires is about $750 and change. Fortunatly my buddy works there so I'm getting away with a straight cash/beer deal... fully studded and installed!

Well I bought the tires today and they had to order them. Price came to $330 dollars for quantity 4 snow tires (P205/55/R16),mounted, lifetime balancing, and install.

Grumble.... damn cheap American prices....I'd drive down there and get them in Washington but the border guards frown on that... not to mention that duty + penalty + exchange rate + gst + pst really sucks! 30% to 40% last time I added it all together...

It took some effort and shopping to get that price. I really was shooting for Nokian tyres, but a set would been around $750 dollars. I will say this, it is the closest tread pattern I could find to the Nokian Hakkapeliita RSihttp://www.nokiantires.com/tyr...a+RSiHankook i*Pike:Nokian Hakka: Tread Depth on the Hankook i*Pike's I believe is like 12.5 / 32nds
