Okay, you guys have to confirm this for me. I have 2004 and 2009-2.4ltr vibes and the intermitten wipers work opposite even though the graphic shows the same long triangle design. The wide part is at top and as you dial the stalk counterclockwise/down it moves to the point. On the 04, slow is the wide part, getting faster as you turn it to the point. Point is fast, wide is slow.On the 09, fast is at the wide spot and it gets slower at the point. Point is slow, wide is fast.I gotta know if this is normal to all 09's. Also, since I'm posting...I noticed that my 04's rear wiper arm will lift and lock perpendicular to the glass and the 09 will barely lift off the glass and won't stay up. Is everyone elses this way?

My 09 works the same way as yours (wide is fast, point is slow). As for the rear wiper, you need to flip up the cap if you want to pull the wiper away from the glass and have it stay up.

Glad to know my wipers are the same as everyone else who has an 09. I wonder what the thought proccess was to change it to "backwards." My brother's 09 Suzuki is like the 04.

My 00 mustang was the same as my vibe.. But it had a lot of little lines.. each getting longer the faster it would go.
