Hi,The blower motor on my car stopped working last night. Went to turn on the defroster, and nothing. Turned the fan to high, and still nothing. This morning, it works, but only on high. No other speeds. It's getting close to winter, so I'm not gonna be able to go without defrost and heat. Anyone heard of this before?

Well, it wasn't the resistor. I got one and changed it today. Smae problem. Here's more detail I noticed. When I turn the fan on, it doesn't work at any speed anymore. However, if I turn the fan speed setting to anything other than off, it goes to a higher rpm, and something turns on. It does this regardless of whether the a/c is on, heat, or just the blower, however, it doesn't blow air, no matter what.

Hi Jasony0423, just wondering what your final diagnosis was for your car? I'm having the EXACT same issue as you on my Vibe and in googling the issue, I came across this thread.

He has not been active for over a month, especially considering other members here have asking him questions and he has not responded. Apologies. May want the fix that is suggested.
