With or without the tire?I just put a Rockford Fosgate P300-1 under the drivers seat without moving the inverter and there is plenty of room. It's pretty small.

When I read the title of the thread, I was going to recommend the MTX 421D as it's what I'm pushing my sub with and it's small and compact and awesome. Then first thing you said, 421D lol. Since you are already moving on from it, I have no clue.

Gotcha. If you're referring to the round "tub" that should be about an 11 inch circle at the bottom (I don't remember the exact dimensions. So ANY amp that isn't longer than 11 inches on the longest dimension should fit fine. The RF P300-1 is definitely smaller than that, but I don't know if it's in the power range for what you're looking for. I used that tub to cram my subwoofer in because I didn't want a box taking up space.

You really don't want an amp down there... you are just asking for trouble.. The small amps, create more heat to produce the output.. Like the Alpine PDX amps, space heaters.. lol.. You would be better off placing the sub in that spot and putting the amp elsewhere... It needs some air movement, more the better..
