2006 vibe cigarette lighter not working for anything

I have a 2006 vibe and it seems the cigarette lighter is there coils and all but doesn't work, I've plugged my phone charger and gps charger in it and they don't work either. Any ideas

Inline fuse for the cig lighter is burnt out. Replace...
