2009 Base 1.8 Vibe Hatch Release Question

Has any one wired a hatch release for a base 2009 Vibe? I can do without power windows or power locks but not being able to open the hatch without the key is driving me nuts. Thanks!

Going to have to install power locks and a aftermarket keyless entry system.

wasnt there a post about this already . you can do this with 20 bucks. buy a power door lock solenoid.(preferably heavy duty) . and a switch.and some wire. and do a search.
