Just finished washing Frosty and I was cleaning under the rear bumper when I felt 2 pieces loose. The 2 plastic brackets that attach the rear bumper fascia to the metal support bracket are broke.Does anyone have a part number, process on how to remove the pins? It seems like a inexpensive fix, not not sure what the part is called so I can get a part number or how to remove the pins/retainers to remove and reinstall the new parts. As a side note, I do realize it is sorta late to wash a vehicle, but heading to the cottage in a few hours.

Same thing happened to me when I got rear ended. I just removed the plastic brackets & left it that way so it wont rattle.Get your self a small flathead screwdriver and lift the head of the pin up about 1/4" you dont have to pull it totaly out. Then the whole pin/retainer should slide out.Once you pull it out take a look at how it works & then it will make the rest easier once you understand! Good luck!

Just seen your post, a month later!!! I ordered the 2 replacement brackets today, $5.95 a piece, and $12 something including taxes. The pins themselves are like $12.00 per, so I will be reusing the the old ones. Parts should be in by this weekend or early next week.
