I just got thru intalling a GT spoiler on my '09 Vibe. Before I ordered it I checked out this forum to get some helpful hints in case there was a trick to it. If you are thinking of doing this swap, don't worry about it...it's a piece of cake. The only thing that I would add to the directions left here by other members is this. Only remove the center piece of interior trim by the 3rd tail light. I read here and in the directions that came with the spoiler that the removal of the two side pieces of trim was also necessary. It is not. Just remove the center piece and the two black plug near the ends of the spoiler to get to the five nuts and you are all set! It's also not a bad idea to clean the inside of the glass before you reinstall the trim. This job took me about 40 minutes and that included beer breaks and a phone call.

Hey Wolfman, thanks for the welcome. It took me quite a while to figure out what you meant by C4C but I finally figured it out. That is the best side-story on getting my new Vibe!I took my old, faithful 1991 Chevy Sivlarado X-cab with 220,000 on it and swapped wheels and tires with a guy for $250 before taking it down to the dealer. Also got the tailgate, topper, side mirrors, A/C parts, air cleaner assy and a few other odds and ends. Then when I got to the dealer, a friend of mine took the tail light assys and swapped out my fairly new big battery for a dead one. Between that and a little over $3500 the Pontiac had in incentives, I got the car a lot cheaper than I would have dreamed. It might be a while before I can get pictures up but I can tell you this. It's red with the 2.4 5 speed auto and 17 inch wheels. The GT spoiler looks great on it and the color matches perfectly. I don't know what I'll do with my old spoiler. I doubt anyone would want to buy it. Guess I'll keep it in case something happens to the new one or turn it around backwards and mount it under the front bumper like an air splitter, ala NASCAR. Probably wouldn't look bad until I tear it off with a parking block.
