...what's a TIS2Web application?...obviously a GM-only program, but is it Toyota or GM developed and maintained?

So .... this downshifting issue was a problem with our 2009 Vibe GT. By 3000 km it fixed itself. But we did have the new 010A TSB done to it anyways ..... for good measure.

TSB's, recall documentation and such can be found at nhtsa.gov. Search for year/make/model and go to Manufacturer Communications.
