Well, Third time's will have to be a Matrix.Also an article featuring Rachel Carter, a Vibe owner from Charlotte, VT.My question - why did they waste their time and money on this issue?

because it was prob already in production. It's not like it's printed in one day. LOL

Well, I don't think it was even worth the cost to mail it.On the address page was the message "PLUS: Find your new AT YOUR SERVICE booklet inside!" It looked as if there was to be 4 service special coupons, D-10 thru D-13. Said "SPECIAL OFFER - JUST FOR YOU". But there were just 4 promotional messages. Maybe that was because my Pontiac Dealer sold his Pontiac-GMC and acquired a Chevy dealership so I am an orphan .

Postal Service became a hybrid private/government business a while back. Who knows where that money flows?GM knows that there are customers being left behind. The contract to publish the PPM rag was probably paid out a long time ago, so the issue was generated anyway. When people die, their magazine subscriptions continue to roll in until they run out or are cancelled by someone,right?
