A family member living in the GTorontoArea is looking for a used AWD Vibe/Matrix. I post in the off chance Ontario members might know of such a car.

I tried for my area well the whole state of MN and found 2 total. Only 1 was under 10k. Those suckers are HARD to find. good luck!
