Hello everyone,I just wanted to introduce myself. My names Chris and I own a 2004 vibe. I stumbled across this site and thought I'd join. Ive put some work into it. Engine wise only thing ive done so for is put a GM supercharger on it. I have the body kit and spoilers and wheels and tires all changed out. I love this car. Havent had one problem except for the transmission going on around 70K miles. But anyways i just wanted to introduce myself.

(with and without the S/C)What was your tranny problem? Was it caused by the S/C? A/T or M/T?Post some pics or it's off to the gallows...lol.

Ive had the S/C for about 8000 miles now. and to be honest im not sure what caused the tranny to go out. my brother had the car when it happen. and i have an AT in it. Ill get pictures up as soon as i can figure out what im doing lol.

Did you buy the S/C new or used? and where from? Are you using the TRD ECU? How's it running for you?

the S/C is brand new. straight from the dealer. my dad is parts manager for hummer/cadi/sabb dealer and he helped me out in getting it.

oh cool! another houstonian. i grew up in clear lake. there are also a few more members in Houston, ZubenElGenUbi, and SuperSpeedWagon, as well as some Matrixowner guys.

I love how you said the only engine mod was the s/c like it's nothing haha. Anways, welcome to Genvibe and can't wait to see the pics!!

Lol.. I figured some people on here had more engine mods than me so i didnt know if it was a usual thing to just come out with a S/C lol..

haha. although i agree with that i dont have that many. I have a LED underbody kit, hid lights (im talking to keithvibe about those projectors he posted) and LED kit inside also

welcome!ugh I love superchargers...that whine is sooooo good sounding. I think with a intake the whine gets much louder, well from experience on a cobalt.

Actually, northvibe's whine gets loudest when he has to rent a blue Caliber....hahahhaha

Looking good. must see more pictures of exterior! Wheels: 17's or 18's? pics don't do them justice.

lol ill get some more pics... i got home later than i planned last night. The wheels are 18, gottem wrapped in goodyear F1's.
