do you guys think that a sunroof visor will look good on the vibe? or you think it might ruin the looks a bit? weathertech has one for the 09 matrix and i'm sure it fits the 09 vibes. what are the pros and cons of having one of those sunroof visors? i'm just hoping if i get one it'll get rid of that horrible buffeting sound when i have the sunroof opened FULL and past that auto stop position. i always like driving with the sunroof fully opened with my windows up and this car makes a horrible buffeting noise. on my previous cars it was very quiet and never had that ear piercing buffeting noise lol

Simply open the rear windows a crack and the hammering goes away, cheap, easy, no assembly required.Your car though, do what you like. Bug deflectors, sunroof scoops, all the crappy Plexiglas stuff looks bad to me.Best of luckDave

I mean you only get another inch or so if it's open all the way. Personally, I just let it stop at the auto stop position if I'm going to have all the windows closed. yah i guess i can live without having it opened all the way. anyone notice the headliner vibrate when sunroof is open and driving? i think the wind coming in is making it vibrate. i'm just afraid it'll cause something to come loose and start rattling. when i first bought my car i always drive with sunroof open then start having rattles up there. dealer fixed it but i guess i'm just paranoidand LOL at rAERRK's comment lol hasn't this car grown on you yet? =P

What is this auto stop you guys are talking about? I always noticed that mine stops about halfway when I'm CLOSING it, and I have to release then press the button again to start it again. When I OPEN it, it just goes all the way back? Is it not supposed to do this? 03 GT btw...

when i press the open once it'll slide open and about 3/4 of the way then when i press and hold the open button it'll open the rest of the way. i guess it stops at the 3/4 position so that there's no buffeting noise when driving with windows up because with it fully opened the buffeting noise is very very annoying lol

I'll test this tomorrow. I just always held the button down the whole time because I thought the only "auto" window was the drivers.

I checked it out today. When I press the button, it does not automatically keep opening when I release it. As soon as I release it, the moon roof stops. It doesn't really bother me, I wonder if the previous owner modded it to do this. I would find that odd as everything else I've encountered is all as it left the factory.
