ticking inside/around glove box

Hey guys and gals. As soon as I turn on the vibe there is a ticking coming from around the glove box. But when I hit the "recirculation button" it stops. What do I look for and how do I fix it? I am guessing I can drive the car with that button on right?Someone told me that it is somekind of motor/flap that it is not working properly.

recirc motor is gone,,,mine did the exact same thing last week,,,got it replaced at dealer,,top screw is a %#$%$#,,,cost you about $200 parts and labour

I did not put an actual bomb in your glove box.
